Career Day Series: Hannah Kepple

My school counselor asked if I would be willing to host a room for Canton Middle School's Career Day (the school I teach at) - and for the first time... ever, I had a reason to create an online portfolio. While I was making it, I figured the best way to showcase some of my work over the last 15 years was to create categories that the middle school kids might find especially interesting, as well as the different categories of photographs I've taken over the last 14 or so years.

One category was for Hannah Kepple, the actress who plays Moon on the Netflix series Cobra Kai. I knew the tweens and teens would find this especially cool because one of my nieces (who is in the same middle school) was befuddled when she found out Hannah had been at a photo session I was doing. The moment I pulled her "chapter" of the gallery up, a few kids were like, "WHAT?!?! No way!?!?"

We got to talk about how Hannah is a local girl who worked hard and is travelling the world now and living her dream - and how they can do that, too, if they want. We talked about how photography has introduced me to so many people (some of whom are famous, like Hannah). Many of whom became lifelong friends.

Here are some of my favorites of Hannah at Meadowbrooke Bridal (where she graciously came to model some of Brooke's dresses after I asked her if she would be able to with her busy schedule).
